Katie Ralon works in urgent care as a physician assistant at Uintah Basin Healthcare, a rural hospital that offers a variety of specialties. She recently became interested in plant-based nutrition as a means of preventing, halting, and reversing chronic diseases. Katie practices plant-based nutrition in her own life and is passionate about the many benefits she has seen come from it so far. Katie hopes to share that passion with her patients. Katie is currently taking the eCornell plant-based nutrition class and is excited to share this information with patients, as well.
