After practicing as a registered nurse for 19 years, I decided to go back to school to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. I love helping people and with this advanced degree I have more ability to help empower people to take control and regain their health.
I joined the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, and became a Certified Lifestyle Medicine Practitioner in 2021. I have also completed other training such as the T. Collin Campbell Plant-Based Nutrition certificate program offered through eCornell, Forks over Knives Plant-Based Certification cookingcourse, and Dr. Klapper’s Master Class in Plant-Based Clinical Nutrition.
