I am a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist originally from the Central Coast of California and now based in the Pacific Northwest. I am available for in-person appointments in Vancouver, Washington, as well as telehealth appointments if you are in Oregon, Washington, Kansas or California. I hold degrees both in public health and nutrition. My clinical experience informs my whole-person approach to wellness, with advanced training in weight-inclusive care, diabetes management and prevention, cardiovascular health, and kidney disease. As a Board Certified Specialist in Gerontological Nutrition, I am well-versed in nutritional needs for healthy aging. I have been following a vegan diet for over 20 years and I enjoy being a support for clients both new to eating plant-based or those already following a vegan diet needing more guidance.
