Jihad, PA-C, DMS, is a physician assistant at Stone Springs Family Medicine, where she provides holistic, patient-centered care. Certified in Lifestyle Medicine by the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, she is passionate about empowering patients to take an active role in their health through evidence-based lifestyle approaches.

Before becoming a clinician, Jihad worked as a clinical research coordinator studying the impact of dietary changes on chronic conditions. She went on to earn her Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies and Doctor of Medical Science at Shenandoah University, where her doctoral capstone focused on the role of saturated fat in insulin sensitivity.
