Elisabeth DeSwart is a registered dietitian with over a decade of clinical, community, and research experience. Her approach is one of guiding each client on their own unique journey towards optimal health with whole plants. She has expertise treating a variety of conditions, including endocrine, renal, cardiovascular, GI, dermal, autoimmune, disordered eating conditions, allergies, athletics, and body composition.

Deswart’s approach of equity, positivity, compassion, and humor in conversations about personal and planetary health aim to welcome all. Sharing delicious and nourishing food and recipes is her favorite way to bring people together.

DeSwart has a master's degree in Nutrition from Bastyr University and also teaches whole-plant-based nutrition, culinary, and wellness as a college professor.
