Dr. David Kroska is board-certified in obstetrics and gynecology and is a diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. His practice integrates diet and lifestyle into primary care for women. He is the founder and director of the LIFE program, a 10-week, evidence-based, in-depth lifestyle program focusing on prevention of chronic diseases such as heart disease, cancer, diabetes, obesity, and brain diseases like dementia and multiple sclerosis. The program is open to both women and men. Spouses are strongly encouraged to attend.
