Cathy has helped clients in WA State with nutritional health and healthful weight management as an RDN and owner of Lighthouse Nutrition and Wellness since 2010. She was previously active in the 1990's as newsletter editor of the Fort Worth Vegetarian Society, and later in the 2000's, was an active member of the Vegetarian Nutrition Practice Group of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. She has attended in-person seminars with Neil Barnard, M.D. and T. Colin Campbell. A lifelong Christian, she most recently penned a book she planned her whole life to write- Spiritual Eating: Practicing Soulful Weight Loss and Wellness, which she published in January 2026 and is available on Amazon. She is also very interested in helping clients who desire longevity and quality of life, and the growing fields of nutritional psychiatry and nutrition in gut health.
