Dr. Collings has dual board certifications in cardiology and lifestyle medicine. She is director of lifestyle medicine for El Camino Health and president-elect of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine. Dr. Collings holds a graduate degree in exercise physiology, as well as plant-based culinary and wellness coaching certifications. She received her education from the University of California, University of Wisconsin, and Stanford University Medical Center. After practicing cardiology for 25 years, Dr. Collings now focuses exclusively on lifestyle medicine consultations, culinary medicine, and building clinical lifestyle medicine programs.
