Dr. Brooke Bachelor is a board-certified family and lifestyle medicine physician in Portland, Oregon and a committed plant-based physician. She is passionate about helping patients use nutrition and lifestyle to prevent chronic disease and make sustainable changes.

Dr. Bachelor is the founder of Redwood Osteopathic Family Medicine, a direct primary care practice focused on prevention, whole-person care, and addressing the root causes of disease. Her practice integrates plant-based nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and osteopathic manipulative treatment (OMT).

Her path to medicine began in nursing, including work in a cardiac ICU, where she saw firsthand the burden of chronic disease. This experience inspired her to pursue medicine with a focus on prevention and early intervention. She also speaks Spanish and enjoys caring for Spanish-speaking patients.
