Dr. Aram Nava-Aleman graduated from the Autonomous University of Nuevo León (UANL) with a degree in Medicine. He also holds a specialty in Psychiatry from the University of Monterrey (UDEM) and a fellowship in Consultation-Liaison Psychiatry from the Monterrey Institute of Technology and Higher Education (ITESM). He is certified in Lifestyle Medicine by the International Board of Lifestyle Medicine (IBLM).

He is an expert in depression, anxiety, delirium, obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD), bipolar disorder, insomnia, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), eating disorder (ED) and psychiatric disorders in general hospital.

Dr. Nava Alemán currently serves patients at Humind Care, located in Monterrey, Nuevo León.
