Dr. Anthony Mistretta is a board-certified osteopathic family physician. His practice focuses primarily on integrative medicine.

He combines his conventional training with other holistic approaches to healing, such as osteopathic manual medicine (OMM or OMT), nutrition, mind-body medicine, botanical medicine, and more. He has been studying OMM for more than six years and has attended numerous training courses in OMM and other integrative topics. He has been studying plant-based medicine for more than five years. He helps assist his patients to achieve optimum health by utilizing the nutritional and healing power of food.

Dr. Anthony likes to practice what he preaches and balances his life as a physician with yoga, meditation, healthy nutrition, and spending time in nature with his wife, Erin, and their two pups.
