Dr. Hofstra has a bachelor degree in political philosophy, health sciences, and medicines and is a licensed medical doctor and researcher in the department of cardiology in the hospital of Maastricht. Her field of interest is clinical immunology and cardiology. Dr. Hofstra firmly believes that a whole food, plant-based lifestyle with a special focus on leafy greens and cruciferous vegetables is what we all need to thrive and be the best version of ourselves.
