Doc and Chef Presents The Power Foods Diet

Transform the way you eat with evidence-based medical guidance and practical kitchen skills.

This six-week online program brings together evidence-based nutrition and practical culinary mastery to help participants apply the principles of The Power Foods Diet  in real life.

The course is taught by Dr. James Loomis, medical director at the Barnard Medical Center, and Caryn Dugan, culinary educator and licensed Food for Life instructor.

During each class, Dr. Loomis will break down the science behind how foods influence metabolism, reduce inflammation, support gut health, and promote long-term weight control.

Chef Caryn will translate science onto our plates, providing hands-on kitchen strategies, simple recipes, and confidence-building cooking skills, giving participants the tools to make meaningful, sustainable changes.
