Online Plant-Based Weight Loss Program

The Physicians Committee welcomes physician and certified nutritionist Vanita Rahman, MD, for a 12-week, plant-based nutrition program for weight loss. 

Dr. Rahman will lead online classes on Saturdays from June 20 to Sept. 5.

Register today for this comprehensive program to help you lose weight with a plant-based diet. Dr. Rahman will guide you through science, practical applications, and recipes, with ample time for personal support.

These virtual sessions will include nutrition education, support, and interactive Q&A with a physician. Session topics include:

  1. Will the sessions be recorded?
    In order to protect the privacy of the participants and to foster communication and support in real time, the sessions will not be recorded.
  2. What if I miss a session?
    We will provide a copy of the presentation for you to download and we are happy to answer any questions at 202-567-2546.
  3. Will there be class on July 4 or Sept 5?
    Yes, we will have class on July 4 (Independence Day weekend) as well as September 5 (Labor Day weekend).
  4. Can I still register?
    Yes! Registration is open until August 15. If you choose to register, you will have access to all the presentations and recipes.
