Hosted by Physicians Committee Culinary Specialist Chef Dustin Harder in partnership with the Institute of Culinary Education, this high-energy plant-based cooking competition will feature three chefs showcasing hospital food at its finest. But there can only be one winner...

Attendees will be treated to:

• 1 credit of continuing education
• Precompetition reception featuring wellness mocktails and light hors d'oeuvres
• The main event starring the chefs who will battle it out for a cash prize
