Join us for the inaugural Healthy Hospital Chef Challenge to celebrate the best of the best in health care food service. Hosted by Physicians Committee Culinary Specialist Chef Dustin Harder in partnership with the Institute of Culinary Education, this high-energy plant-based cooking competition will feature three chefs showcasing hospital food at its finest. But there can only be one winner...
Attendees will be treated to:
- 1 credit of continuing education
- Precompetition reception featuring wellness mocktails and light hors d'oeuvres
- The main event starring the chefs who will battle it out for a cash prize
- Event swag bag
