Sharon Jacks

Food for Life Instructor

For 30 years, Sharon served as director of interior design for a major health care company, and witnessed firsthand the appalling lack of information people receive to help them take charge of their own health. In 1990, Sharon became convinced that a vegan diet was ideal for her family and made it a priority to develop delicious, hearty recipes. After three years as lead culinary chef for Sassy Veg Productions, Sharon became certified in plant-based nutrition through eCornell and is now proud to be part of the Food for Life instructor team.
