Food for Life Instructor
Sarah Tranter is a wife, mother, and registered nurse who is passionate about preventative care, specifically when it comes to cancer, diabetes, and heart disease. Her training from Brigham Young University sparked her first interests in a holistic approach to health, and after reading The China Study, her way of living changed forever. Sarah is eager to share hope of healing and health to those she meets by energizing and empowering people to take their well-being into their own hands. When not cooking, eating or reading about food, she enjoys running, yoga, and exploring the great city of San Francisco with her family.
