Rebecca is a wife and mother of two. She adopted a whole foods plant based diet out of need to feed her family in a more health sustaining way. In 2013 she and other members of her family were headed in a downhill trajectory with high blood pressure, pre-diabetes, obesity and other signs and symptoms that come as a result of unhealthy eating. Rebecca has successfully established a ways of planning, shopping and preparing whole foods plant based meals that are balanced and full of nutrition. Since going plant based all of the previous health concerns have dissipated. Rebecca enjoys educating and bringing increased awareness about the importance of healthy food choices to her family and community.
Rebecca has a BSE in Health Sports and Exercise Science from the University of Kansas and has 20 years of experience as a health and fitness professional.
