Phil Eherenman has worked in the restaurant business for more than 33 years and has always enjoyed cooking. In 2007, Phil adopted a whole-food, plant-based diet. Within a year, Phil lost 30 pounds and reversed several health problems. Phil is married and has lived in Alaska for nearly 30 years. He has a Bachelor of Arts in English and secondary education, and he enjoys organic gardening, yoga, playing the trumpet, and year-round mountain biking.
