Phil Eherenman

Phil Eherenman has worked in the restaurant business for more than 30 years and has always enjoyed cooking. In 2007, Phil adopted a whole-food, plant-based diet. Within a year, Phil lost 30 pounds and reversed several health problems. Through his study of nutrition and his personal benefits from dietary change, Phil has developed a passion for passing on his knowledge of food and nutrition to others and empowering people to make wise choices for optimal health and longevity.
