Megan is passionate about the life-changing power of plant-based living. After watching Forks Over Knives, she immersed herself in plant-based nutrition and cooking. Megan earned a certificate in Plant-Based Nutrition from eCornell and a Plant-Based Professional Culinary Certification from Rouxbe Cooking School. It was a path she could never have imagined her life taking, but after realizing the positive changes that a whole-food, plant-based diet made in her own health, she was convinced.
After watching loved ones struggle with all-too-common diseases like diabetes, obesity, and cardiovascular disease, Megan realized that she needed to take her passion for plant-based wellness and share it with others. Through the Food for Life classes, she is able to educate others about the link between diet and disease, empowering people to change their lives.
