Marian Roach believes what truly constitutes healthy eating should be common knowledge. She went all in eating plants as a way of life after learning about the remarkable power plants play in nourishing, healing, and sustaining our bodies. She loves to share how eating the right food is key to promoting health and vitality. She teaches evidence-based nutrition and cooking classes designed by doctors, nutrition experts and registered dietitians that translate nutrition science into simple and easy meals.
In addition to being a Food for Life instructor, Marian holds a certificate in Plant Based Nutrition from the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, Cornell University.
