Marguerite Beaudoin-Curtis

Food for Life Instructor

Marguerite Beaudoin-Curtis
Graduating from college at the age of 42, Marguerite earned a Bachelor of Arts in long-term care administration/health care management and worked in the field for four years. Three years teaching resistance training classes in her own business and two subsequent years teaching Zumba laid the foundation for Marguerite's realization that she was happiest doing her own thing, while inspiring others to choose a healthy lifestyle. What Marguerite learned from watching the documentary Forks Over Knives, attending a Kickstart Your Health class series, and earning a certification in Plant-Based Nutrition from Cornell University changed her life. While she currently works part-time as a medical assistant in an addiction recovery center, her passion lies in educating people about the connection between food and health.
