After practicing law for 20 years, Leslie decided to make a change and pursue her passion for nutrition and health. An avid researcher and reader, Leslie infused herself with knowledge about the undeniable benefits of a whole-food, plant-based diet. Using this information, as well as her personal experiences, she coached others to make healthy lifestyle changes. Inevitably drawn to the kitchen, Leslie created several cooking classes centered on plant-based recipes and techniques. A certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, Leslie also spreads the word to her classes about good health through dietary choices.
