Jennifer is a mother, a Food for Life instructor, health coach, and a blogger. Her passion is to educate individuals and families about the healing power of nutrition and see the health changes. She wants to see lives and families changed through nutrition and cycles broken.
At age 35, Jennifer was desperate to find answers to her health and weight-loss questions She lost her mother to diabetes, cancer, and a heart attack and her father to diabetes and Alzheimer's disease. Jennifer was diagnosed with fibromyalgia at the age of 32 and didn't accept it. She was lead to plant-based nutrition and the Physicians Committee and found relief for her fibromyalgia as well as gained knowledge that she is excited to share with others. Jennifer also holds a certificate in plant-based nutrition from T. Collin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, eCornell University and she is currently working on her bachelor's degree in health in public education and promotion.
