After more than 25 years as an art dealer, Evelyn's expanding interest in holistic health and culinary medicine became her number one passion. Helping others in their quest to "learn the ropes" in plant-based, whole-food nutrition seemed more like what she was born to do.
Evelyn has a remarkable focus on helping individuals transition successfully. She helps them stay on track: trim weight, shop smarter, discover new foods, and become budget conscience.
Evelyn believes in the healing power of low-fat, high-fiber, plant-based, whole foods. Creating tasty “grab-and-go” vegan food options for her local health food stores is one rewarding way she puts her experiences to work. Evelyn has become a true foodie.
Besides being a certified Food for Life instructor, Evelyn is certified as a holistic health consultant, holds a master's in journalism, and is a plant-based chef, sprout farmer, and gardening enthusiast.
