Debbie is a food service professional, chef, and restauranteur. In addition to being a Food for Life Instructor, she holds a Professional Certification in Plant Based Cooking from Rouxbe, the world’s leading online cooking school.
Debbie discovered the many health benefits of a low-fat, whole-food, plant-based diet after seeing the Forks over Knives documentary. It was a substantial change in her way of looking at food and nutrition and the beginning of a large shift professionally and personally in the way she cooked for her customers and family. Debbie is determined to spread the word that healthy, plant-based fare and delicious can be one in the same. She loves to answer the question, "But what do you eat?"
