After personally experiencing the health-promoting effects of a plant-based diet in 2009, Ann was inspired to earn a certificate in plant-based nutrition from Cornell University.
In addition to teaching Food for Life classes, Ann has developed www.goodfoodproject.net to share recipes, information, and resources with those interested in exploring the many health benefits of a low-fat, plant-based diet.
Ann is also an advisor to the Healthy Microfinance Project, which works to empower micro-entrepreneurs to take control of their own health and improve the health of their families and communities through plant-based nutrition.
Her education has equipped her with extensive knowledge in holistic nutrition, health coaching, and the importance of preventive care. Drawing on this education and experience, she works with clients to help them make the dietary and lifestyle changes that produce real and lasting results.
