Guys, you know that eating more plants, like vegetables will improve your health. Plant-based foods can help you manage your weight and avoid and sometimes reverse chronic diseases like high blood pressure, high cholesterol, heart disease and diabetes. If you struggle with how to add more plant-based foods to your diet, this class can help.

In this class you will:

- learn why eating more fruits, vegetables, grains and beans are great for your body via video presentations from physician, author, and founder of the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine Dr. Neal Barnard );

- learn a SIMPLE way to incorporate nutritious and delicious plant-based recipes into your routine that use commonly found ingredients;

- see live COOKING DEMONSTRATIONS of 4 recipes (breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack recipes) that you can add to your routine right away

- get a chance to ask questions and get them answered by a live instructor that has been vegan for 10 years;

- learn how to choose healthier options when dining out;

- receive lots of SUPPORT from other men in class looking to make healthy changes; and

- receive INFORMATIVE resources including recipes, meal planning handouts, and nutrition handouts.
