Your Body in Balance Lecture Tour With Neal Barnard, MD, FACC

Related to the debut of his new book, Your Body in Balance: The New Science of Food, Hormones, and Health, Dr. Barnard will be presenting educational lectures about the surprising effects that foods have on our hormones—and our health. You’ll hear about food’s effects on infertility, menstrual cramps, polycystic ovary syndrome, hormone-related cancers, erectile dysfunction, menopausal symptoms, thyroid disease, diabetes, and mood problems—and learn about diet changes that can help. 

Books will be available for purchase and signing.
