Jasmol & family

Being a mama is tough. Motherhood is filled with so many expectations and competing priorities that it often feels impossible to find the time to take care of everyone who depends on you, let alone yourself. This pandemic has just added more stress and pressure on moms now more than ever before.

Have you been so fully focused on caring for everyone else that you’re feeling stuck, held down by the weight of “mommy duties”? If so, know that you’re not alone! Even though it may feel like it some days, you are not buried. No mama, you have simply been planted. And it is your turn to bloom!

Join us for planted., an online course with live, fun, interactive gatherings with other like-minded moms learning about the benefits of a healthy mind and body from Dr. Jasmol Sardana DO, DipABLM, and a multidisciplinary team of experts who also happen to be moms!

In this course, you will receive:

  • Weekly support class led by Dr. Jasmol Sardana with rotating guest speakers, breakout groups, and opportunities to share successes and challenges week to week.
  • A stunning planted. PDF Journal to clarify and track your health goals
  • Weekly emails that include easy, delicious, family-friendly recipes, links to class recordings, encouragement and support.
  • Exclusive offers on products and recommended resources for each pillar of health discussed in class, including discounts on meal delivery packages from MamaSezz and supportive sleep products from Blanquil.
