Join a weekly class series and support group that empowers moms to prioritize their health and supports the growth of healthy, plant-based families.

Jasmol & family

Women who support women are stronger together! This eight-week online course will offer live, fun, interactive gatherings with other like-minded moms learning about the benefits of a healthy mind and body from Dr. Jasmol Sardana DO, DipABLM, and a multidisciplinary team of plant-based experts who also happen to be moms! Participants will receive:

  • Weekly 90-minute online classes with expert guest speakers
  • planted. Journal - an online tool to track your goals and progress
  • Weekly emails with tips and encouragement. 
  • Exclusive offers on products and recommended resources.
Dr. Sardana

Dr. Sardana is a practicing plant-based physician board-certified in internal medicine and lifestyle medicine. She has a certificate in plant-based nutrition from eCornell and is certified in culinary coaching. Dr. Sardana has a special interest in behavior change and health disparities. She is also a wife and mom raising a plant-based family of three beautiful, active children, ages 8, 6, and 4.
