Jasmol Sardana, DO, FACLM, DipABLM, is a physician board-certified in internal medicine and lifestyle medicine with special interest in nutrition and health disparities. She is a native of Maryland and completed medical school at Nova Southeastern University’s College of Osteopathic Medicine, internship at the University of Miami/Jackson Memorial Hospital, and residency at the University of Vermont/Fletcher Allen Hospital.
Dr. Sardana is an active member of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine, where she served as founding chair of the Community Engaged/Health Disparities Lifestyle Medicine member interest group from 2017-2019. She holds a certificate in plant-based nutrition through the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies at Cornell University, and she also holds a certificate in culinary coaching from the Institute of Lifestyle Medicine.
In addition to providing state-of-the-art primary care, Dr. Sardana helps patients develop a personalized and comprehensive approach to health and wellness, including good nutrition, physical activity, adequate sleep, and stress management.
