Autumn is a registered and licensed dietitian and has been practicing in a variety of settings for since 2011. She enjoys helping people make healthy lifestyle changes and educating others on the benefits and importance of eating plants. Autumn emphasizes a whole foods plant based diet to help reverse and reduce the effects of chronic diseases. From meal planning to shopping and cooking she is elated to help others learn the skills necessary to adopt a plant based diet. Autumn specializes in vegan nutrition, weight management and intuitive eating.
