Our food choices and dietary changes can make all the difference in not only our physical health but our mental health as well. By eating foods that help to bring our hormones into balance, reduce inflammation and bolster our gut bacteria, we can help to improve our mood by choosing more fiber-rich foods. 

 

In this zoom class, attendees learn about nutrition while asking questions and enjoying cooking demonstrations, all in a supportive online group setting.  Recipes and handouts will be provided prior to class. Pre-registration is required at least 24 hours in advance. Early Bird and Buddy Discounts are available.

Laurie Courage is a Certified Plant-Based Nutrition Educator, Health Coach and Chef and founder of Encouraging Greens Inc.. She helps people on the brink of a health crisis restore their health and enjoy an energetic life for years to come by helping them understand what and how to eat, offering both personalized health and wellness coaching programs and group nutrition/cooking classes online and on Long Island.
