Lindsay Dickason

Food for Life Instructor

Lindsay Dickason

Lindsay is a firm advocate in the power of plant-based nutrition as the driving force behind preventing, surviving, and reversing disease, and for promoting overall, vibrant health and wellness. That’s why one of Lindsay’s biggest passions is teaching cooking classes!

Her classes showcase delicious, and easy to prepare, plant-based recipes paired with practical cooking instruction designed to show you that eating healthfully doesn’t have to be hard! Her goal is for you to feel more confident and empowered in the kitchen preparing plant-based dishes that you love to eat and share with your family and friends.

Lindsay’s enthusiasm for nutrition led her to earn a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food from CSU, Sacramento and become a certified Food for Life cooking instructor by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine. Currently, she is pursuing a Master of Public Health (MPH) in nutrition and dietetics to become a Registered Dietician Nutritionist (RDN).
