Essential Wellness Centre

We are one of the first centers in China providing plant-based education and resources.

Our journey began in 2015 in Ningbo China, as part of a life-long passion of founder Denise Bradford to bring wisdom on healthy living and saving the planet to a reality.

Denise saw a need in communities to address rising health epidemics and worsening environmental and climate degradation. She recognized that most lifestyle changes by an individual were extremely challenging and often failed as an endeavor.
This led to the vision and establishment of Essential Wellness Center, a community support network to help individuals and families to achieve their goals and share a passion of living and preserving our planet for future generations of all species.
