Jenny Sugar

Food for Life Instructor

Jenny Sugar was born in a family of pastry chefs and chocolatiers. She wanted to cook when she grew up and she did. Jenny started a professional career of cooking quite young, interrupting and then restarting in 1999 with Sugartree, Jenny's international and organic pastry shop in Milan. Looking for a healthy mind in a healthy body and a way to change the way she nourished herself, Jenny first went vegetarian and then whole-foods vegan with Sharan's nutrition course in India. Next, she completed certifications in Plant Based Nutrition by eCornell University with the T. Colin Campbell Center for Nutrition Studies, the Food for Life program, and the Sharan Training in India. Today, Jenny is a health and food coach, bringing well-being and quality of life with healing nutrition: plant-based, whole, unrefined, and authentic food!


Serving cities and surrounding areas of Italy | Milan, Pavia, Bologna, Piacenza, Torino, Parma, Bergamo, Brescia, and other cities in the north of Italy. From Trieste and Venice to Florence and Rome. Southern Italy: Naples, Ischia, Bari, Palermo, Catania, and others.
