As a scientist and home cook for many years, Ann Alan, M.T. (A.S.C.P.), tuned into the fact that proper nutrition can indeed change your life. She started experimenting with plant-based cooking in 2012 and immediately felt better and lowered her cholesterol significantly. Ann says there is so much versatility in plant-based cooking that she never looked back at her meat-eating days. "I no longer have that heavy indigestion feeling and I haven’t been sick in years."
