Program host Vanita Rahman, MD, will provide insights and practical tips, utilizing her expertise as an internal medicine physician, certified nutritionist, and personal trainer. Class guests include acclaimed physician, author, and Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine president Neal Barnard, MD, FACC, gut health expert Will Bulsiewicz, MD, Alzheimer’s prevention experts at Team Sherzai, oncology dietitian Alison Tierney, RD, and Barnard Medical Center dietitian Maggie Neola, RD, LD.
