Join Vanita Rahman, MDKaren Smith, RD, CDE, and clinical psychologist Liana Abascal, PhD, for a 12-week online program to help you gain freedom from binge and emotional eating!

The program will help you understand and identify  the patterns that lead to binge and emotional eating and learn strategies to break the cycle. This interactive program is based on well-researched approaches like CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy) and DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy) and will provide skills for dealing with emotions and food cravings. Additional areas will include: increasing mindfulness, letting judgement go, managing setbacks, and plant-based nutrition.

  • Developing skills to stop binge and emotional eating
  • Weekly homework and goal setting

  5. Step 2: Planning ahead and decreasing emotional vulnerability.
  6. Step 3: Stopping binge and emotional eating.
  7. Tool 1: Understanding the role of our emotional mind, wise mind, and dialectical thinking.
  8. Tool 2: How can we use mindfulness and urge surging?
  9. Tool 3: The power of emotional regulation and radical acceptance
  10. Tool 4: Increasing positivity
  11. Tool 5: Developing distress tolerance.
  12. How to continue long-term success

All participants will receive access to a resource portal with helpful recipes, worksheets, and handouts, in addition to free copies of Simply Plant-Based by Vanita Rahman, MD, and Breaking The Food Seduction by Neal Barnard, MD, FACC.
