Founded in 2025, we are on a mission to open, build up and include all that are interested in Lifestyle Medicine practices, including moving towards a plant forward, healthier, empowered life. Getting the message out there through education and outreach, online and in the communities, while making new relationships will help to bring people together.We are open to all, from those who want to learn, those who need support, guidance or the courage to make changes; all at once or one small step at a time.

About Our Events
We will be speaking to a team of 25 persons in a hospital, and then three different exercise businesses with healthy goals in mind, in need of nutrition support. We are in touch with three farmers market to have a presence around our communities, be seen and have available pertinent literature. We are building our social media page, are in touch with local libraries and will attend some local restaurants, inviting our group.
