We started our group in July 2024 as Joyful Life Health Ministry in Vallejo, California. Our mission is to raise community awareness by educating and promoting healthy lifestyle choices, including whole, unprocessed, plant-based diets. We aim to create a thriving, joyful community, supporting each other on this journey through events, seminars, outreach activities, and resources that inspire everyone to take steps toward better health and well-being.We opened our group to a global audience, sharing our activities, promotions, and newsletters online. Most of our events are free, supported by volunteers and donors.

About Our Events
We hold in-person monthly meetings on the first Saturday of each month. Over the past 12 months, we have organized seven major events, including a cooking show, two online live seminars on spine health and trauma recovery, a weekend conference about natural remedies, a youth-oriented concert with over 1,500 viewers, and a community outreach event providing free showers to the homeless. At each of these activities, we promote meatless, plant-based food.
