Harmony N Houston, founded in 2019, aims to build a community of individuals seeking better health through a plant-based lifestyle. Members engage in activities with other Houston-area PODs, including potlucks, cooking classes, jumpstarts, and community outreach. Our mission is to support and encourage others on their plant-based journey.We welcome individuals at any stage of their plant-based journey, including those who are plant curious. Our membership is ethnically diverse and includes all ages from across the Houston region. Four co-leaders plan events to help support and educate members in their wellness pursuit.
About Our Events
We collaborate with other local plant-based groups to offer potlucks, dining out, cooking classes, retreats, jumpstarts, and speakers. Members volunteer in disadvantaged areas through community gardens and the ?Healthy Together Initiative.? We also publish a monthly newsletter highlighting activities throughout the Houston region.
