The Building Healthy Communities - Fourth Coast pod centered in Massena,New York created in 2026, meets monthly and encourages all who are interested in healthy nutrition, budget friendly meal ideas cooking workshops, and self sufficient gardening resources for fresh produce, to join us! We collaborate with our Massena Public Library to bring new ideas for overall health, nutrition and wellness to the table.We welcome folks of all walks of life to join us! Our goal is to help members of our communities learn about healthier food options as we come together to help fight food insecurity while maintaining and improving nutritional quality of foods available.
