Founded in 2025, Building Healthy Communities Dewey/Rehoboth Beach is on a mission to bring plant-based living to the beach community. Our vision is to create a welcoming, educational, and inspiring environment that supports both residents and visitors in pursuing healthier lifestyles. We empower community members through local outreach and education, partnerships, and fun, engaging events. We also work to encourage local restaurants and businesses to expand access to healthy plant-based optionOur group is open to everyone, no matter where you are on your plant-based wellness journey. Whether you re curious about learning more about healthy food, looking for inspiration, or seeking meaningful social connection, you are welcome here. People of all ages including children are invited to join, and all of our events are free.
