This is class four in the Kickstart Your Health series. We will learn about why we crave certain foods and how to overcome those cravings with foods that are good for us. We will make a fruited breakfast dish, ginger noodles, and a special soup. Taught online by a licensed Food for Life instructor from North Dakota.
