In celebration of Jewish American Heritage month, join our licensed Food for Life instructor and Queens Public Library Community Health Coordinator, in a conversation and food demonstration. The discussion will focus on discovering dairy alternatives and replacing meat. Also, how embracing plant-based choices is a way to reduce risks associated with diet related illnesses. Increased plant-based choices also contribute to a healthier planet and reflects Jewish teachings on ethical and sustainable practices.
