Come to this Food for Life workshop and learn steps you can take right now to enhance your own health and that of the Planet Earth!  Delicious African American Culinary Heritage recipes can inspire healthful eating to prevent and arrest conditions including high blood pressure, heart disease and type 2 diabetes. Suggested donations at the workshop event of $5 per evening program or $25 for the series are welcome to help cover the cost of the food and to support the project.
