Apple juice concentrate

Is the apple juice concentrate ingredient (listed in some of the recipies) found in the grocery store frozen food section which is designed to be diluted with water to make apple juice? Isn’t this primarily a sugar source?

That is the ingredient listed

That is the ingredient listed. If you have any issues with blood sugar management, I would recommend using an unsweetened nondairy milk or water in place of the apple juice. You could even add chopped apples for extra fiber and vitamins. Please feel free to modify recipes as needed.
