How many credits will I earn?
Physicians, dietitians, and nurses are accredited for 15 hours. Read the Continuing Education page for information on accreditation.
Are there discounts available?
Reduced registration is available for fellows, residents, and students. No further discounts are available.
Can my spouse or significant other attend?
Yes, but registration is the same fee for all attendees.
Can I just come for one day?
Due to limited space, registration is for two-days only.
Can my employer send a check?
Please have your employer fill out and print the online registration page. Checks can be made payable to Physicians Committee. Mail registration form and check to:

How can I get my employer to reimburse me?
Upon registering, you received a confirmation email receipt. That has everything you need for your employer.
How much is parking at the hotel?
The Grand Hyatt offers both valet and self-parking. Cost is available here. There are other lots around the hotel that might offer competitive pricing.
Are meals included?
Yes, breakfast and lunch buffets will be offered on both Friday and Saturday. Dining out suggestions will be available in the program booklet provided at registration. All meals provided at the program will be plant-based. A variety of foods will be served to meet differing preferences and needs such as gluten-free options.
What is the dress code for the conference?
There is no dress code, typically attendees wear business casual. Wear warm clothing as it’s typically cold in the hotel ballroom. For the exercise session, comfortable or exercise-appropriate clothing is suggested.
