Dr. Rosch became a FFL instructor in 2013. As an osteopathic physician, she believes in the whole person approach to care and believes in the recuperative properties of the body. Because nutrition is a key to health, her interest in the FFL program came about in her desire to help patients improve their health and move towards living with a plant-based diet. The FFL program offers hands-on experience in preparing well-balanced meals, and she is excited to offer this information to the community and her patients. She currently is chairman of the internal medicine department at Midwestern University and is on staff at Central DuPage Hospital. She is available for classes in the greater Chicagoland area.
